Hello Doctor, How are You? Well, my problem is that I am extremely afraid of ghost and evils in dark that I can't sleep alone at night. I can't go into a dark room. I don't dare to switch off the light. If I do so then I feel like something is standing on my back or my side. I feel extreme fear that my heart pains even sweats come from my body and I feel problem in breathing. I feel like dying. Why am I facing this type of problem? Till now I have never go through any horror movie or horror books. When I was child I used to sleep alone and never get scared but as soon as I entered into adolescence, this problem started. That's why I am getting Socially collapsed. I don't believe in ghost but still I am afraid. Dr. please help or else I am going to be finished perhaps.
